What Do We Do With Your Information?
When you book room(s) from our site, we collect the personal information from you such as your name, address, email address, and phone number, etc. During the process of booking and thereafter, we may send you emails, SMS, and phone calls about our resort and various offers for booking accommodation in the future from time to time.
Consent
When you provide us your personal information to complete a booking online, our online third-party booking engine provider verifies your credit card or bank account to complete a booking, arranges for room allotment, or refuses booking in case of non-availability. In case of cancellation, it implies that you are providing your consent to our online partners or agents to fulfill your request.
How do I withdraw my consent?
As soon as you book online and you have printed your hotel booking voucher to get your room(s) from our resort, your consent is automatically canceled until you book further room(s) in our resort online through our website or online booking agent.
Disclosure
We may disclose your personal information if required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
Payment
We use Razorpay, PayUMoney, or other agencies for processing payments. They do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry’s Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payments. Your booking transaction data is only used if it is necessary to complete your booking, after which all your online booking payment information stands deleted automatically.
Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our service provider and their associates. Third-Party Services
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
